It’s all about low carbs, not low fat!
Creating recipes that don’t disappoint can be quite trying some times, especially if you have been eating a low fat diet all your life and used to eating carb laden meals.
We all know now that a low fat diet is not as good as it was made out to be, quite the opposite in fact.
Low fat in effect means high in sugar!
Do yourself a favour, next time you are grocery shopping, check out the carbohydrate/sugar levels on a low fat yoghurt tub…and your children’s yoghurt pots…
Why not purchase plain full fat yoghurt and blitz some strawberries in it instead, it will not only taste better, but fill you up for longer.
