Christmas is upon us

Chia Seeds! Why all the hype?

Gearing up for winter, the mighty Chia Seed could save our porridge woes…So,  Autumn is upon us and the thought of having yoghurt for breakfast in the cold, dark and dreary English mornings, just leaves me...well, cold. Baked Walnut Granola debutWell, it's been a while since I last posted anything...lots of recipe testing and here is one of the latest additions to the "Grain Free" pantry.  This was created for the individual that is not too fond of "hard" nuts...  a version of a baked granola predominantly made of Walnuts, Sunflower seeds & Pumpkin seeds.  One of the better granolas if you prefer eating your morning breakfast .
