Chia Seeds! Why all the hype?

Gearing up for winter, the mighty Chia Seed could save our porridge woes…So,  Autumn is upon us and the thought of having yoghurt for breakfast in the cold, dark and dreary English mornings, just leaves me...well, cold. Hence,  the search for the perfect Winter warming breakfast.  Enter the mighty Chia Seed, eaten either hot or cold.  I've tried the cold version, similar to "overnight" oats,  I found it to be a bit gloopy at first, .
